What if I need something engraved or created that is not in the shop?
If you are needing something custom made, simply go to the services tab at the top of the page and fill out the form. We will correspond through email or phone, whichever you choose. The Laser Shop is able to make individual custom orders, or bulk orders for business.
If I choose shipping, how long does it take?
Shipping times may vary depending on the product and your location. Generally, our standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
What if I’m not happy with the product I receive?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days for a full refund, or an exchange.
